Jon is not only extremely knowledgeable of codes and building architecture, he takes time to understand the homeowner’s desires and guides them through decisions for the greatest functionality, energy efficiency and aesthetics for the “new” home. Jon has a direct honesty approach when providing building options that include the pros and cons of each. They take great pride in their work. Just one small example is that the job site was broom swept at the end of each and every day. So you can imagine how conscientious they were with the overall renovation. Renovating your home is as much an emotional project as it is bricks and mortar. Jon Canada and his team is exceptional in explaining, guiding and being fully transparent within the entire process. He and his team accomplish this through respect and communication on a daily basis, where there are no surprises and decisions are made in a team like fashion.
Jon and his team also respect your home as if it were their own. Jon or another senior person is always on site with subcontractors to assure your comfort and while it sounds small, every night the work site is organized and broom swept cleaned up. This respect make a difference!
